As part of the gourmet programming of the Montréal en Lumière festival, Le Boulevardier’s Executive Chef, Wassim Maalaoui, presents two series of unforgettable gastronomic evenings.
Camille Delcroix, Philippe Faure-Brac, Noémie Meyer Ferré
On February 19, 20, and 21, discover a five courses, four-hands land-and-sea menu prepared by Chef Wassim and Camille Delcroix, winner of Season 9 of Top Chef and holder of a Michelin star for his restaurant, Le Bacôve.
Wine pairing will be curated by Philippe Faure-Brac, recipient of the World’s Best Sommelier title, who will present wines from Maison Sainte Joie alongside Noémie Meyer Ferré, the estate’s founding winemaker.
$175 per person, with optional food and wine pairings available for $130.

On March 5, 6, and 7, enjoy a menu celebrating seafood, created by Sonia Bichet, Meilleure Ouvrière de France – Fishmonger, 2023. Wine pairings will be curated by Jordane Knab, sommelier at Le Boulevardier.
