It all began with a dream — the dream of Christiane and Jean-Yves Germain: to create a hotel experience that puts people at the heart of every stay. In the 1980s, in Sainte-Foy, Quebec City, they opened their first property with a simple yet ambitious idea: to welcome guests as one would welcome friends — with warmth, care, and refinement.
Over the years, that dream evolved into a family adventure, driven by a shared passion for hospitality, design, and well-being. Each hotel tells a story, rooted in its community, crafted with care, and brought to life by a dedicated team.
