With extensive culinary experience gained in Asia and Montreal, Waasin crafts a cuisine driven by creativity, refinement, and a global perspective. Trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, he developed a strong foundation rooted in precision, discipline, and gastronomic elegance, values that continue to shape his approach today.
