Since happy team members go hand in hand with happy guests, we aim (and measure) at improving your happiness at work continuously. We offer various training courses to develop each person's talents and potential, and we practice feedback because we sincerely believe that we can learn from our mistakes and that we must dare in order to grow.
With no less than 120 different types of positions, all services combined, whether in one of our hotels, or in one of our 3 administrative service centers (located in Quebec, Montreal and Calgary), there are many opportunities if customer service is important to you. We encourage internal promotion, especially if you are mobile and if you master both official languages in Canada, since our expansion will resume in all provinces.
