Winemaker Dinner with Domaines Paul Mas
On Wednesday October 21, Le Boulevardier welcomes Jean-Claude Mas, winemaker and head of Domaines Paul Mas, for a gastronomic evening bringing together wine, olive oil and cuisine.
Where the Languedoc meets Le Boulevardier’s cuisine
For the occasion, Le Boulevardier will offer a custom menu created around a selection of wines and olive oils from Domaines Paul Mas. This special experience is an opportunity to discover the winery’s expertise and philosophy alongside Jean-Claude Mas, a passionate winemaker and leading figure in the Languedoc wine region.
Throughout the evening, five wines will accompany the menu: Mas Astelia Chardonnay, Cuvée Jérémie, Astelia Le Grand Vin, Clos des Mûres and Le Berceau Brut Rosé. Four olive oils from the estate will also complement the pairings, adding another dimension to the experience.
A Celebration of Wine and Gastronomy
The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. and the experience is offered at $135 per person, including the menu and wine and olive oil pairings.
