The honey house
Look towards the edge of our garden and you’ll see fifteen hives that produce up to 600 kilos of honey. Our chef and pastry chefs use the fresh honey in meals and in our signature desserts. The presence of bees also encourages more small fruits to grow.

From June to October, you’re welcome to explore our organic garden, where you’ll meet André and Philippe, our gardeners. They are responsible for growing all of the fruits, vegetables and herbs you’ll find on your plate.
