Say hi to Virginie and his team!

From June to October, you’re welcome to explore our garden, where you’ll meet Virginie and his team. They are responsible for growing most of the fruits, vegetables and herbs you’ll find on your plate.

The honey house

Look towards the edge of our garden and you’ll see fifteen hives that produce up to 600 kilos of honey. Our chef and pastry chefs use the fresh honey in meals and in our signature desserts. The presence of bees also encourages more small fruits to grow.

Fill your cup

Les Labours is also about making you happy. Our wine list presents as many classics as more rare products. From international Grands Crus to the discovery of local products, you will be seduced by our wines, produced by passionate winemakers. Each guest will find happiness in one of our food and wine pairing.
