Every Saturday from November 15 to December 13, Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa invites you to embrace the holiday spirit through a series of festive workshops included with your stay. Between craftsmanship, gastronomy and mixology, each Saturday offers a moment to get inspired and ease into the most joyful season of the year.

Holiday wreath workshop
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Location: Lobby
Learn the basics of wreath-making and leave with your own natural, elegant holiday creation.
Holiday pastry workshop
Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Location: rooms are subject to change, please check with reception or the concierge desk before your workshop.
Create a classic holiday dessert step by step, guided by our pastry chef’s expert tips and techniques.
Wine pairing workshop
Time: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Les Labours restaurant
Led by our sommelier Christian Beaupré, recipient of the 2024 Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, this workshop invites you to explore perfect pairings for your holiday classics through tasting and discovery.
Culinary workshop: festive bites
Time: 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Les Labours restaurant
Discover simple, flavourful ideas for a festive holiday aperitif — part demonstration, part tasting.
Holiday cocktail workshop
Time: 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: rooms are subject to change, please check with reception or the concierge desk before your workshop.
Create two signature holiday cocktails with our mixologist, then enjoy a guided tasting to end your festive afternoon on a high note.

Can I attend more than one workshop in the same day?
Yes. Each workshop is booked individually, and based on availability, you can join multiple experiences in one day.

Yes. All materials are included. You’ll be able to enjoy your culinary creations on site. The wreaths you craft will be yours to take home — a festive touch to decorate your space!
Does the wine workshop include tastings?
Yes. Guided tastings are included to illustrate the featured pairings.
Where do the workshops take place?
Mainly in the lobby and at Les Labours restaurant. Some activities are held in private rooms; for more information, please visit the concierge desk or reception.
