Taste of the holidays - prepare for the season with our signature workshops
On Saturdays, November 14 and 28, and December 12, Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix invites you to experience the magic of the holiday season with a series of activities included with your stay. On the program: Christmas wreath making, cookie decorating for little ones, cooking demonstrations, Yule log decorating workshops, and wine tastings. Enjoy festive, creative, and delicious moments with family or friends as you ease into the holiday spirit.
Spaces are limited, and reservations are required.

Holiday wreath workshop
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Learn the basics of wreath-making and leave with your own natural, elegant holiday creation.
Christmas Cookie Decorating Workshop for Little Ones
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Cooking Demonstration

Can I attend more than one workshop in the same day?
Yes. Each workshop is booked individually, and based on availability, you can join multiple experiences in one day.
Is the material provided?
Yes. All materials are included. You’ll be able to enjoy your culinary creations on site. The wreaths you craft will be yours to take home — a festive touch to decorate your space!
Does the wine workshop include tastings?
Yes. Guided tastings are included to illustrate the featured pairings.
Where do the workshops take place?
Mainly in the lobby and at Bar Le Poulailler. Some activities may be held in private rooms; for more information, please visit the concierge desk or reception.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we invite you to complete the reservation form to confirm your attendance. You can also sign up upon arrival at the hotel, subject to same-day availability.
