Jazz Friday at Le Boulevardier
On Friday, October 23, Le Boulevardier invites you to an evening where gastronomy and jazz come together. From 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., enjoy a four-course tasting menu accompanied by live performances from the Laurent Roberge Combo.
A Journey Through the History of Jazz
Each course is inspired by a different era and influence in jazz:
- New Orleans — the origins of jazz and Creole influences
- Chicago — the evolution of jazz in the 1920s and 1930s
- New York — the urban jazz scene of the 1950s
- Modern Jazz & Fusion — a contemporary and creative finale
Throughout the meal, the Laurent Roberge Combo will bring each era to life, with the music evolving alongside the flavours on the plate.
An Evening of Jazz and Gastronomy
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome cocktail or glass of wine and live jazz. Dinner begins at 7 p.m., with performances accompanying each course through dessert.
The experience is offered at $130 per person, including the four-course tasting menu, welcome drink, and live musical performances.
