Our pastries are crafted by Manuel Latruwe Belgian Patisserie & Bread Shop, a Calgary favourite rooted in Belgian tradition. From golden croissants and melt-in-your-mouth pain au chocolat to delicate, buttery brioches — each treat is made by hand using high-quality ingredients, elevating every coffee moment.

The café’s character shines through the modular lighting designed by Stackabl, a Canadian studio that blends engineering, aesthetics, and sustainability. Made from recycled and recyclable materials, their sculptural creations bring bold colour and personality to the space.
