What is the check-in time?

We prepare rooms for them to be ready at 4 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is available, we will be happy to accommodate you with an early check-in. If your room is not ready, we have free luggage storage so that you can enjoy the city freely.

What is the checkout time?

Checkout time is set at 12:00 p.m. When you book directly with us, either through our website or by phone, a certain degree of flexibility may be available depending on hotel availability. Simply let us know your approximate departure time when booking your stay.

Where can I store my luggage if my room is not ready when I arrive at the hotel?

We have free luggage storage available at all times in the lobby. Feel free to ask at the front desk if you need to leave your luggage with us for five minutes or a few hours.

If we arrive late, will our reservation be cancelled?

Late arrivals will not be cancelled. However, it is best to inform the hotel team of your expected arrival time, if possible, so that they are aware you will indeed be arriving.
