Dear friends and guests,

We hope that you and your loved ones are well and that you are keeping safe and healthy.

Please note that we are following carefully the directions and procedures put in place by the various levels of government and we encourage you to do the same. 

Authorities having identified hotels as essential services, the majority of our hotels are still open. While we encourage you to stay at home as much as possible, we recognize that some people may need to travel and we are happy to provide these people with a cozy, comfortable and safe environment. We have established very high security measures in order to protect our guests and our teams alike.

We are therefore ready and happy to welcome those of you who must travel from coast to coast in the following hotels:


A healthy environment

As a stakeholder in the Canadian tourism industry, we are closely following indications from the Public Health Agency of Canada as well as from provincial authorities.

The well-being and health of our guests and that of our teams are important to us, which is why who take action.

Since the prevention of the spread mainly involves the adoption of adequate sanitary measures, our usual standards as to the sanitation and hygiene of our establishments are diligently observed, and even raised.

Protective screens have been installed at the reception of our hotels ensuring greater protection for our guests and our staff members.

We leave several days between each stay in a room, so during your visit with us, you can be sure that your room is safe.

Our employees have all received instructions and training on the measures to adopt including:

  • Frequent and adequate hand washing
  • Wearing gloves and masks when required
  • Avoiding contact at all times and maintaining a distance from everyone
  • Practicing respiratory hygiene and avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth
  • Increased frequency of cleaning routines, mainly in high traffic areas

Please note that all of our restaurants, bars and spas have temporarily suspended their activities. On the other hand, the Le Germain Hotels offer in-room breakfast. For more information on dining options, please contact the hotel directly.


Our flexibility promise

We know that your plans may change. For your peace of mind, we are changing our cancellation policies for individual reservations. For any change or cancellation, please contact our reservations department that will assist you at any time, even on your arrival day, without charges.
