Montréal en Lumière returns to Le Boulevardier!

To celebrate Montréal en Lumière, Le Boulevardier invites guests to experience two series of gastronomic evenings. For the 27th edition of this iconic festival, passionate chefs and sommeliers come together to create memorable dining experiences.

The program

February 19, 20 and 21, 2026 – Camille Delcroix, Philippe Faure-Brac and Noémie Meyer-Ferré

To open the festival, Le Boulevardier’s Executive Chef, Wassim Maalaoui, welcomes Camille Delcroix, winner of Season 9 of Top Chef and Michelin-starred chef of Le Bacôve. Working side by side, they present a four-hands land-and-sea menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients.

Known for his warm personality and cuisine inspired by his northern roots, Camille Delcroix creates dishes that are both expressive and grounded, earning praise from guests and leading gastronomic guides alike.

The wine experience will be curated by Philippe Faure-Brac, World’s Best Sommelier and a leading figure on the international wine scene. Alongside Noémie Meyer-Ferré, winemaker and founder of Maison Sainte Joie, he will offer thoughtful pairings designed to enhance each course with balance and elegance.

Reserve

March 5, 6 and 7, 2026 – Sonia Bichet

The second series turns the spotlight to seafood, with a menu created by Sonia Bichet, Meilleure Ouvrière de France – Poissonnière-écaillère (2023). Celebrated for her exceptional product knowledge and deep respect for marine ecosystems, she approaches cuisine through a clear understanding of origin, seasonality and sustainability.

Through her work and personal projects, Sonia Bichet champions a conscious, narrative-driven approach to food, where each dish tells a story and invites reflection. At Le Boulevardier, this vision takes shape in a menu focused on freshness, technique and carefully sourced local products.

Jordane Knab, sommelier at Le Boulevardier, will present refined wine pairings designed to complement the seafood-focused menu.

Why not turn your evening into a true getaway? Stay at Le Germain Hotel Montreal and enjoy an effortless end to the night, allowing the experience to unfold at an unhurried pace and carry into the following morning.
