Champs Libres returns for its 4th gourmet edition at Restaurant Les Labours

This fall promises to be a flavorful one at Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa with the much-anticipated return of Champs Libres! This unique culinary event brings renowned Québec chefs into the kitchens of Les Labours Restaurant, where they will join Executive Chef Patrick Dubé and his brigade. Each evening features an exclusive menu elevated by the creative flair of guest chefs, who are given free rein to express their gastronomic vision.

Every Thursday in November, let yourself be transported by unforgettable culinary experiences:

- Thursday, November 6: Olivier Robillard, Asteur 
Chef and co-owner of Asteur, Olivier Robillard has built a solid reputation after nearly eight years leading his first restaurant, where he developed a culinary style that is both refined and relaxed. With Asteur, he freely explores his love of seasonal and local products, weaving an authentic connection between producers and guests.

- Thursday, November 13: Dominic Jacques, Rioux & Pettigrew 
Dominic Jacques draws inspiration from seasonal arrivals and the expertise of local producers to craft each dish at Rioux & Pettigrew with remarkable precision and creativity.

- Thursday, November 20: Arnaud Marchand, Chez Boulay – Bistro Boréal 
Chef, entrepreneur, and ambassador of boreal cuisine, Arnaud Marchand first made his mark in France before putting down roots in Québec. Well-known to the public through the TV show Les Chefs!, he is recognized for his respect of ingredients, artisans, and the environment. Surrounded by a talented team, he continues to push the boundaries of Québec gastronomy by placing nature at the very heart of the plate.
