**To reserve your access to Bota Bota Spa, simply contact our front desk team after booking your room. We will take care of the reservation with the spa based on availability.

To increase your chances of getting your preferred time, we recommend booking:

- at least one week in advance during high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, holidays, long weekends)
