The massage portion of the reservation must be canceled no later than 48 hours before the spa visit. 50% of the costs will be charged if the cancellation is made within 24 hours and 100% of the costs on no show. The room portion of the reservation must be canceled or modified before 4 pm, local time, the day of arrival otherwise one night plus tax will be charged on the credit card. *The $20 discount is already applied to the rate.
