The room portion of the reservation must be canceled or modified before 4 pm, local time, the day of arrival otherwise one night plus tax will be charged on the credit card.

To reserve your access to Bota Bota Spa, simply contact our front desk team after booking your room. We will take care of the reservation with the spa based on availability. The massage and thermal experience portion of the reservation must be canceled at least 48 hours before the spa visit.
To increase your chances of getting your preferred time, we recommend booking:
- at least 72 hours in advance for regular dates
- at least one week in advance during high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, holidays, long weekends)
Bota Bota Spa is very popular—especially during special occasions—and availability is limited. We therefore recommend planning your relaxation time as early as possible.
