Le Boulevardier Restaurant and Flâneur Bar Lounge are now open

Located on Mansfield Street, just steps away from shops, museums, and office buildings, and a stone’s throw from Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles, the new Le Boulevardier Restaurant and Flâneur Bar Lounge are now open. Epicureans from both here and abroad can now enjoy chef David Pellizzari's culinary delights in a setting imagined by design firm Atelier Zébulon Perron.

New Gastronomic Destinations

David Pellizzari's has perfected his art for the past 24 years in the kitchens of several renowned restaurants such as Santropol, Réservoir, Buvette chez Simone and Lili Co, allow him to create delicious harmony on the plate and showcase his mastery of the art of entertaining.

"Guests will feel like time has stopped when they sit down at Le Boulevardier Restaurant,” said Bruno Durand, the restaurant's partner and operator. “The atmosphere is at once vintage and contemporary and combined with the unique view of President-Kennedy Avenue, is at the heart of the enjoyable experience the restaurant offers, and of course, so is the cuisine."

Le Boulevardier proposes a menu inspired by Parisian brasseries and features fresh and local fare, with a strong emphasis on seafood. A French-inspired wine list, reinvented retro cocktails, and a variety of whisk(e)ys and cognacs round out the offering.

Flâneur Bar Lounge serves three of the great gastronomical pleasures: coffee, bubbly and oysters! The concept is simple, guests can start their day by sipping a cup of steaming coffee and finish on a high note with a glass of bubbly and freshly shucked oysters.

Nestled in Le Germain Hotel Montreal, the restaurant has 125 seats with an additional 45 seats at the bar. Le Boulevardier also serves hotel guests during special events that take place at the hotel.

The Atelier Zébulon Perron Touch

Designed by the renowned Atelier Zébulon Perron, the decor at Le Boulevardier Restaurant and Flâneur Bar is characterized by the use of contemporary and modern materials with elegance as the unifying thread. The decor evokes contrast and uses natural materials, velvet, leather, wood, tubular features and marble. The Zebulon touch is above all an approach. Fascinated by social ergonomics, the intended use of the space is always his first consideration; he does not create pompous spaces but rather gathering spaces.
