As part of a heritage restoration project at our historic Old Quebec City property, construction work may occasionally generate noise between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday until mid-November. We appreciate your understanding.

Please be aware that the roads to exit the downtown core will be closed off from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on September 6th, 2026.  If you need to be at the airport or anywhere away from the downtown core anytime between those hours, we strongly suggest that you make your way prior to 6:00 a.m. as it will be impossible to take your vehicle out of our parking garage until after approximately 3:00 p.m..

Please note that road work on Mercer Street may result in some changes to traffic patterns from October 13, 2026. Access to the hotel will remain available, with at least one lane open at all times.

Founded by sisters Stephanie and Emma, Sisters Mart is an Ottawa boutique dedicated to natural products, food and wellness. Inspired by their interest in nutrition and quality ingredients, the founders have brought together a selection of body care, beauty products and pantry essentials. The shop also features a beverage counter serving ceremonial matcha, cacao and organic chai, alongside other specialty drinks. A grab-and-go section offers meals and snacks made with an emphasis on organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
