Jennifer Durand

It is with a special kind of emotion that we introduce Jennifer, the very first to join the ranks of our exhibition’s participants — and above all, the mother figure of the Boulevardier and Les Cousins family. Close to our hearts, she embodies that rare blend of an artist’s sensitivity and a true wine lover’s passion.

For Jennifer, wine isn’t just something to drink — it’s a source of inspiration. It becomes color, texture, movement. Her posters, drawings, and watercolors offer unique perspectives on the world of wine, weaving together visual poetry and intimate passion.

Through her work, she shares a piece of her soul — and a part of our story.

Julien – Vignerons de Buxy

Julien proudly represents in North America one of Burgundy’s cooperative gems: Les Vignerons de Buxy. This iconic winery brings together over 120 dedicated winegrowers who carefully cultivate exceptional terroirs. The result? Wines that are authentic, precise, and always marked by that signature Burgundian elegance.

To be an ambassador for a cooperative is to embody values of solidarity, sharing, and the transmission of know-how — three qualities that Julien perfectly represents. With his tasting expertise and contagious passion, he’ll take you on a journey through the diverse climats of Burgundy, one glass at a time.

Sylvain and Denise – Domaine des Salamandres

We’re delighted to introduce you to our little family of Quebec winemakers! A true family-run estate where the grandfather, daughter, and even the grandchildren all take part in vineyard life — each contributing their skills and passion.

A dry white wine rooted in terroir, uniquely crafted pear ciders, and above all, exquisite ice wines! These are wines made with heart, reflecting the legacy and love of the estate — offering an authentic and warm experience, perfect for the finest tables made for sharing.

Allan and Audrenne – Cidrerie du Minot

Pure, honest ciders made from the heart — that’s how Allan and Audrenne have been crafting their products as a family since 1978. Originally from Brittany but Québécois at heart since childhood, they know their land intimately and have mastered the art of transforming their apples into refined ciders: still ciders, ice ciders, and sparkling crémants de pomme.

At the heart of the estate stands an old cider press, brought over from Brittany by their parents. A living symbol of their family heritage, it continues to inspire Allan and Audrenne as they carry on time-honored traditions with care and passion.

Each bottle reflects the richness of Quebec’s soil, elevated by Allan and Audrenne’s sensitivity and craftsmanship — a true local magic, shaped by the hands of dedicated artisans.

Mathew – Agence Terroir

Agence Terroir was born in 2020 — a company dedicated to representing a range of passionate wine, beer, and cider producers to both the restaurant industry and the general public. This direct connection with artisanal growers and makers perfectly mirrors the way we choose the wines for our own cellar.

We can’t wait to meet other wine lovers and share a great glass together!

Arnaud Bénier – Noble Sélection

Wine is at its best when it’s shared — a belief that Arnaud brings to life with sincerity, representing winemakers whose cuvées tell stories of passion, terroir, and humanity. What he stands for goes far beyond labels: it’s about the genuine connections he builds with the people behind the wine, and the way he passes on that spirit, bottle after bottle, with generosity.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with him for several years — a true talent for uncovering hidden gems, guided by a warm smile and an unerring instinct. One of his standout finds: L’Appel des Sereines by François Villard, a vibrant wine from the northern Rhône Valley that perfectly embodies this philosophy of sharing.

Benjamin – Maison Théier

Some encounters have the taste of a grand cru. With Benjamin, it’s a story of flavor, passion, and trust that unfolds with every bubble. Behind each bottle of his crémant de thé lies a singular vision, a love for detail, and a drive to reinvent elegance — without compromise, and without alcohol.

We’re proud to showcase the fruit of his work at our event — the result of four years of research and infused poetry. A meaningful collaboration fueled by boldness, creativity, and the quiet strength of a craftsman who gently redefines the rules.
