Centre Canadien d’Architecture
The Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) is a Montréal institution dedicated to examining the role of architecture in society. Part museum and part international research centre, it explores everything from architectural history to contemporary questions about cities and the built environment. Its exhibitions, collections and public programs offer different perspectives on how architecture influences the way people live and interact with their surroundings. The institution also houses an extensive collection of architectural archives and a specialized research library. Through its exhibitions and activities, the CCA provides an opportunity to consider architecture beyond buildings and discover its connections to culture, history and everyday life.
