How does pre-authorization on my credit card work during the check-in?
A pre-authorization is taken on your credit card during check-in. The amount corresponds to room fees and an additional amount to cover any possible personal expenses (restaurant, bar, laundry, parking ...). At departure, any difference between the final amount and the pre-authorization will be charged. Depending on your banking institution, please allow 3 to 5 business days for charges to appear.
