Two exceptional team members from Germain Hotels included on KML's prestigious 2022 Top-30-Under 30 list

Montreal, August 31 2022 – Germain Hotels is pleased to announce that two of its team members have been named winners in the 2022 Top-30-Under-30 awards (The Top 30 under 30), published by Foodservice and Hospitality and Hotelier magazines. The two inspiring winners are Rachelle Boutin, Director of Accommodation at Le Germain Hotel Montreal, and Simon-Pierre Picard, Breakfasts and Meetings Manager at Escad Hotel in Quartier DIX30 in Brossard.

Pride for the winners and a source of inspiration for young talent
Awarded annually since 2006, the Top-30-Under-30 Awards aims to recognize the best talent in Canada's hospitality and food service industry. This recognition program, managed by KML (Kostuch Media Ltd.), creates a sense of pride and self-esteem in young professionals while helping to foster and inspire tomorrow’s hospitality leaders.

"I am flattered to be part of the next generation of management professionals in an industry that is undergoing an overhaul after the pandemic years we have experienced," said Rachelle Boutin of Le Germain Hotel Montreal. Simon-Pierre Picard, of Escad Hotel in Quartier DIX30 echoes her sentiments. He considers it a pleasure to work for Germain Hotels, where everyone's creativity and initiative are recognized. According to him, his entire team contributed to his receiving the Top-30-Under-30 award. "I am very grateful to everyone who has helped me become a better manager over the past few years," he said.
