CASH BAR
Guests are individually charged per drink. A minimum spend of $500 ($1,000 for events in Ottawa Art Gallery venues) is required.
HOST BAR
All drinks are billed to the event – charged by consumption. A minimum spend of $500 ($1,000 for events in Ottawa Art Gallery venues) is required.
CORKAGE FEES
Wine only: $30 per 750ml bottle – maximum allowance of one case (12 bottles)
Food and beverage are subject to an 18% banquet service charge plus 13% HST.
Menu prices will not be subject to change within six months from the contract signature.
