Food stations described below are chef attended; staffing charge of $30 per hour (per station) to apply, with a minimum of 3 hours (to include setup, service and tear-down)
Food stations described below are self-served and have a minimum of 36 servings per station. Late-Night Snacks are to be served no later than 11pm.
