Wines
A selection of wines is available upon request. Please let your sales contact know if there is something you would like to serve at your event and we will do our best to source it for you! Please allow at least 14 days notice for special requests.
A selection of wines available in the dining room can be provided upon request
Drinks and cocktails
Our team can have a Signature Cocktail of your choice to be available on the bar throughout the event.
Add a signature cocktail, or a glass of sparkling wine (3.5 oz), to be presented to your guests upon arrival.
Please indicate if you'd like it offered throughout the evening. Please note that non-preordered cocktails will be charged at the regular signature rate when ordered from the bar.
There is a $1000.00 minimum spend to have a full service bar (with wine, beer & highball) for your event. For a satellite bar, consisting of wine and beer only, there is a minimum spend of $750.00 (before gratuity & HST).
Bar service to end at 12:30am, with guests leaving at 1:00am. Should you wish to extend the bar service of your event to 1:30am (with guests leaving at 2:00am) there is a $700 charge.
